High quality learning material played a critical role in TNE’s mission to guide young people toward decent work or entrepreneurship. Leveraging active learning, inclusive design, and digital innovation, TNE’s program equipped youth with essential and technical skills to realize their career goals. TNE Program
Participants embarked on a six-month guided learning journey supported by trainers, coaches and peers. Following a core life skills training, participants chose paths towards employability or entrepreneurship.
For each session, an overall outcome and specific learning objective oriented the trainers, along with adaptation guidelines for specific needs, context and timeframes. Training methodology included interactive discussions, practical exercises, games, videos, individual reflective reflections and collaborative group projects.
